DarumaGo grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning use. You may not reverse engineer, abuse, or misuse the platform.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may include monthly, yearly, or lifetime options offered via App Store billing. Pricing, renewals, and cancellation are managed through Apple subscription settings.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Lessons, interface elements, branding, and educational content are owned by DarumaGo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Service Changes and Termination
We may update features, pricing, or availability over time. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or violations of these terms.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DarumaGo is provided on an as-available basis for educational support. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect damages.
